House of winds
The weather was perfectly balanced, neither harsh nor mild, allowing the house to harmonize with its surroundings. The home was thoughtfully arranged around a central courtyard, acting as a natural chimney. This courtyard, a peaceful retreat, played a vital role in the home's climate control, drawing cool air in from the southwest side and pushing warm air out from the northwest side, ensuring a secure and comfortable environment for the family.Large, strategically placed openings on the southwest sides of the house ensured fresh air flow, maintaining a relaxed and comfortable interior even during the warmest days. These openings were positioned to capture the gentle winds that swept through the region, creating a continuous flow of air that kept every corner of the home airy and pleasant.A cozy bench nestled within the frame of one such opening became a favourite spot, perfect for sitting with a cup of tea. Here, you could enjoy the soft breeze and gaze at the blooming courtyard, each sip of tea offering a moment of pure peace and a deep connection to nature.
